Michael Asante MICHAEL ASANTE has dragged his former employers, Asante Kotoko to the law courts over monies owed him by the Kumasi based club.
DAILY GUIDE SPORTS gathered that Kotoko owe Asante GH¢3000.
A court in Kumasi on Monday agreed an out-of-court settlement between the two feuding parties.
This was after lawyers for both Kotoko and Asante presented their side of the case.
Asante was part of the Kotoko team that lost the Africa Confederations Cup finals via a penalty shootout to their bitterest rivals Hearts of Oak in 2004.
He left Kotoko about two seasons ago to join Hearts but failed to shine as a Phobian and was axed at the beginning of the season.
