Ghana-Nigeria Travels To Be Eased

The Business Development Manager of Aero Contractors, one of Nigeria's leading airlines, Mr Mark Snoxell has announced the airline's decision to increase its flight frequency on the Lagos- Accra route to twice daily with a Boeing 737- 500 with the view of insuring the comfort of their customers, and to give them more choices and flexibility in planning their trips.

Mr Snoxell said in the last five years Accra has become a major tourist and business destination in Africa due to its beautiful beaches, hotels, tourist attractions and business opportunities, adding that as a result, Aero is offering tours to Accra from other countries for leisure travelers.

The Business Manager who was speaking to journalists yesterday in Accra, to announce the company's intentions, observed that the airline has set a new benchmark for air travel in Nigeria by introducing the lowest fare for major Nigerian destinations, adding that it is planning of doing the same in Ghana.

He said very soon customers from both countries taking advantage of these twice daily flights between Lagos and Accra will be able to pay using their Visa card.
According to him, booking and payments in Nigeria for tickets can be done online, while tickets can still be purchased through the sales shops across the country and registered travel agents.
