Unlike previous editions, this year's SWAG match is unique considering the fact that it is a two legged affair giving the combatants equal opportunity to prove their worth.

And for Kotoko's coach, Isaac Opeele Boateng, it presents an opportune time to lift his first major silverware with the 'Red Army'.

This year's edition equally presents Lions' coach, Paa Kwesi Fabin an opportunity to make amends for their Champions League fiasco.

Corporate bodies like Forewin Ghana Ltd, Red Bull, Voltic Mineral Water and of course the title sponsors -State Insurance Corporation (SIC) have contributed in diverse ways for the competition.
