Mfantsiman Youth Support Abeiku Crentsil

The Youth Wing of the Mfantsiman Constituency of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has appealed to President John Evans Atta Mills to consider Mr. Abeiku Crentsil, Central Regional Youth Organiser of the party, for the appointment of the Municipal Chief Executive.

Speaking to the Ghana News Agency, in an interview at Mankessim, the youth Organiser, Mr Alex Kuntu Tachie, said their appeal followed Mr Crentsil's immense contribution towards the victory of the party in the Mfantsiman Constituency and the region as a whole.

According to him, Mr Crentsil's name was among other names forwarded to the President to be considered for the appointment of the position.

They said Mr Crentsil, who hails from the area, has the development of the constituency at heart and hoped that his appointment as the chief executive would not only enhance development but also help to build a strong party.

They said, since the President has confidence in the youth they were hopeful that he would consider their request for Mr Crentsil to work creditably towards the development of the area.

Mr. Tachie, on behalf of the youth, pledged their support to the President and promised to work hard towards the success of developmental programmes to the municipality.
