A circuit court at Akyem Swedru, remanded Kofi Louis, 26, and Joseph Tutu, 50, both farmers, for illegally farming in the Essen-Epam Forest Reserve.
The suspects would reappear at court on February 25.
Police Chief Inspector Ben Osei-Kwadwo, told the court presided over by Mr. Kofi Akrowiah that the two farmers were arrested by forest guards on February 14, clearing portion of the reserve.
