Togo's World Cup Qualifier Home Tie To Be Played In Ghana

Togo's national soccer team is to play their opening match in the final phase of World Cup qualifiers in Ghana next month as the ban on their home matches continues to be carried out.
According to a source from the Togo Football Federation cited by GNA Sports, Togo will host Cameroon in Accra on March 28 in their first Group A match.
The West African country received a four-match home ban after violence at the end of their 2008 African Nations Cup qualifying campaign where supporters attacked players from opponents Mali when Togo were knocked out.
