Listen to Rev. Eastwood Anaba
Rev. Eastwood Anaba, General Overseer, Fountain Gate Ministry, has called on Ghanaians to whole heartedly accept Prof. John Evans Atta Mills as the right person chosen by God to lead the nation.
“No spirit is stronger than love,” he said and admonished Ghanaians to put behind the excesses of the 2008 elections and forge ahead as one people for the development of the nation.
Rev. Eastwood Anaba was preaching the sermon during a national interdenominational prayer and thanksgiving service at the Independence Square in Accra on Sunday under the theme; “Uniting Ghana Through Christ”.
Even though the solemn service could be described as a low profile one, it saw the attendance of hundreds of people, including politicians from all political divides, the clergy, chiefs, security personnel and members of the diplomatic corps.
Rev. Anaba pleaded with the public to do away with suspicion but rather throw their weight behind their leaders and encouraged them to perform efficiently.
The man of God noted how the “society is rife with intolerance” and prophesied a revolution throughout the country for acceptance to prevail.
“It is not going to be industrial, social or intellectual revolution but a spiritual one,” he opined.
The spiritual revolution, he explained, would take place within individual mind where one does not need another person to interpret his or her own conscience of doing the right thing or otherwise.
