THE ORIGINAL ACCOUNTS WERE EIGHT. They were Oman Ghana Trust Fund, Kwame Nkrumah Trust Fund number 1, Kwame Nkrumah Trust Fund number 2, Bureau of African Affairs Account 1, Bureau of African Affairs Account 2, National Development Corporation, Organization of African Unity, Nani, Francis, Gamel, Goka, Niniba, Samia. Seko's name is not listed because he wasn't born by then because the account was set up in 1959.

HISTORY AND ORIGINATION: Dated back in 1945, after the Second World War, many of the by then aspiring African leaders met in October in Manchester to discuss the need to develop the Blackman through a specific time frame. After the conference in Manchester, DR. W. E. B. Dubois called on the President of the United Bank of Switzerland to discuss how best an investment fund could be setup for the development of black people. Officials of the Union Bank now United Bank of Switzerland agreed and Accounts that have not been accessed for more than two hundred years were selected for the intended purpose. Dr. W. E. B. Dubois after Ghana's Independence in 1957, decided to meet Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah to inform him about the outcome of the meeting with the Union Bank of Switzerland. At the meeting Dr. W. E. B. Dubois told Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah that he Osagyefo was the best person to manage the fund.

The founder and the patriot of al times, the greatest pan-africanist in the history of mankind, Osagyefo Doctor Kwame Nkrumah and his contemporary pan-africanist Dr. W. E. B. Dubois went to the Bank and the fund was setup and activated in 1959. Their efforts were grandly successful. These great men orchestrated the initial deposits in Switzerland, through other sources. These included contributions from individuals, corporations and other nations. In addition, Ghana also invested certain of Her Royalties, along with named banks, to begin with what is commonly referred to as Oman Ghana Trust fund, which now is a numbered account in Switzerland to be used to fund certain Ghanaian corporations.

After the overthrow of Osagyefo in 1966, Osagyefo lived out of Ghana for some time before he died. But before Osagyefo died in Romania in 1972, he invited Ghana's second Finance Minister the late Dr. Amoako Attah for a short meeting. The late Dr. Kwasi Amoako Attah on his trip to Romania was accompanied by the late Dr. Ackar Blay – Miezah as a bodyguard. While in Romania, Dr. Kwasi Amoako Attah was instructed by Osagyefo as to how to bring this money down, what strategy to be used and to ensure it got to Ghana.

AFTER THE DEATH OF NKRUMAH: Some individuals have personalised the trust to be theirs and has coursed the trust to loose its credibility and authenticity because they knew or had knowledge about the trust. In view of this, Ghana has unable to retrieve its money in UBS due to the fact that it is only on three occasions that Ghana has officially gone to the bank to activate the account (1975, 1984 and 1986) and anytime its were due collection somebody died or misbehaved.

Fact findings by the Friends of Oman Ghana Trust Fund have been able to ascertain that over $ 800 billion can be found in one current account ($ 47 Billions) and the rest spread over six investment savings accounts all over the world.

DR. KWAME NKRUMAH'S LEGACY

Further, the Group also extends its best wishes to Mr. Gregory Frazier who over the years has spearheaded this project selflessly, honestly, with loyal and integrity. He is a true warrior, a pathfinder and a proud son of mother Ghana. We thank God that our money has not been mishandled by any unscrupulous group of people.

THE WAY FORWARD:
President Mills must form a team. The Team should be made up of Sole Trustee (The President Assignee). The Sole Trustee then selects his or her Sole Beneficiary who is to report to Ghanaians the status of their accounts. The team should also be made up of a National Security Officer, a member from the Bank of Ghana to receive all transfer funds. The team will also be accompanied Mr. Gregg Frazier as the Chief Advisor and one person from Mr. Frazier's end.

OMAN GHANA TRUST FUND @ 50 CELEBERATION
Some activities earmark for the celebration includes floats through the Principal Streets of Accra, Durbars in some selected cities across the country, Games, Radio discursions and Publications, a Press Conference followed by a Petition to the President and the Speaker of Parliament.

Friends of Oman Ghana Trust Fund believe that this money when accessed can change the destiny of this and the Africa Continent as a whole if only the very reason why the trust was established is pursued.

Attention: We will not entertain any form of harassments from any section of the Public and those who failed to bring the money down due to their dubious and lackadaisical ways of which they treated the trust affairs. The Group is fully prepared now to go an extra mile to inform Ghanaians of the truth and the prospects of this noble and memorable project. We also call on other pressure groups to join hands in this crusade.

Finally, we call on President Mills to give us only one chance and will do it correctly since this is one of the most important projects Ghana has ever had. We are very proud of President Mills that he is a listening President and will deliver his people from neo-colonialism and poverty not in the too distant future.

We once again congratulate President Mills and Vice President Mahama on their election to the highest of the land.
