GHANA AND CHRISTIANITY

Is been a long time coming and it's time someone say something before its gets out of hand, we were a country of our own belief before Christianity was unleash upon us as the saviour, but for the past 15 years or more is gone to another level in ghana and it's stayed at the same level with the people that introduce it to us, its true when they say travel and see.

I have the chance to live and experience life and culture in three European countries(christian)and for the past 15 years our country is like a laughing stock, well before the bible we had our way and happy with it and now with the bible, Ghanaian homes and family are divided and falling apart because is either you go to a specific church or your are the witch and the cause of their down fall, we've have got ourselves into this mess and we've forgotten what the bible really is about.

Yes i was born a christian and went to Sunday school at bubuashie Pentecost and left ghana after i finish Accra High School,but now i don't believe a thing anymore because they are so many churches with people calling themselves all sort of names with no qualification or may have spend 2 years in a foreign country doing only God knows,going back to ghana and he becomes a saint.

Worst of all people start throwing money at him and he start driving expensive cars and the same people giving him the money will be taking the trotro. Ghanaians go to church and pray for the government to create more jobs and and when they do get the job they concentrate on leaving work early to go to church and only do half the job,and the same people that brought us the bible build their country with hard working men and women even with the slaves.

We Ghanaians have to stand up and be counted and stop hiding behind those fat cats who brain wash us,our family,friends and love ones,you ask any Ghanaian living in Europe they will tell you their job comes first before church.if you lose your job the church will not pay your bills.Family have been broken up everyday because they have been told by a pastor that miss A or Mr B is a witch.

You go to Ghana today there is more pastors than teachers,churches than schools and yet we want a better future for our kids,don't forget when you need an operation for any medical reason you need a doctor not a pastor,that's a fact,if you want more,good doctors,nurses,teachers,presidents you need good schools not a church and that's a fact,is time we stop kidding ourselves and depending on the bible because the very people that introduce the bible to us do not worship it like the way we do,they put that aside and build their country that we go over to work and come back with the money to build our business and houses,

We all need God on our side to live,but is gone so bad in ghana people are taking pastors advice on medical issues,a pregnant women will rush to the pastor first before she goes to the doctor if she can't feel the child breathing,this to me is crime itself,and worst of all if you try to tell her to seek advice from a doctor you become her enemy.Time have come for a change else don't be surprise in 20 years from now our health service,politicians,presidents,nurses will not have the right qualification to lead our beloved country GHANA.
