It is hilarious as I sit in the comfort of my office to receive a lengthy emails from people castigating all kind of insults on my integrity. I know I am not the only victim of these actions by self style defenders of greed and corruption that is killing the moral of our society under the NPP government.
In an email sent to me by one ''YAW'' from USA through modernghana.com . He claim among others that I should be grateful to Kufour for my ability to share my thoughts. It is absurd to read this statement from the purported YAW but I don't blame him for his ignorance because he has been misfed with continues propagated deceit and lies by the ruling NPP.
He forgets to acknowledge that, it was President Rawlings who instituted the Constitution of the 4th Republic. Among the fundamental entrenchment is freedom of expression, association etc. It was in this constitution that he made it clear that, Ghana should conduct elections every 4 years and not 5, 7, 10 years as exist in other countries.
It was under Rawlings presidency that a lot of political parties mushroomed in Ghana and all were allow participating in all three elections that was held under his Presidency, ie 1992, 1996, and 2000.
Under the so call Rule of law of NPP, many political parties were avoided from participated in Dec 7 elections and among them include GCPP, NVP etc.
Many private radio and TV stations in Ghana today were all giving licence to operate under the NDC government. If this was a government that did not appreciate freedom of expression, would it have allowed that? What about the many press houses in our country? If NDC government wanted to suppress their freedom, it could just have withdrawn their licences as Hugo Chavez is doing in Venezuela but Rawlings did not do that.
It is therefore children of today that can be fooled to believe NPP stupid lies and character assassination of the former President Rawlings. Some of us know the many things this man has done for this country and shall respect him and treat him with dignity of utmost respect.

Modern Ghana should filter comments on articles on their website if they have the means. I could see that some are just taken ungrateful advantages to instant way of sending messages to vent out their anger on some others. If one reads carefully about the article that Sarfo wrote in reaction to emails that he has written I for that matter any knowleagable person will not react the way Serious from Ham....has done.
