CHAMPION CLUB Kumasi Asante Kotoko are in talks with former Enyimba of Nigeria Coach Morris Coleman for a possible deal, DAILY GUIDE SPORTS has learnt.
The Belgian trainer, according to sources, arrived in the country on Friday morning and was met on arrival by Mr. Jerry Asare, the Kotoko Operations Director.
Talks between the two parties would last for days and if an agreement is reached, a pact would be signed straight away to enable the coach resume work, the source hinted.
Coach Coleman, who is regarded as one of the best technical brains on the continent, is expected to help the Porcupine Warriors to make a meaningful impact in the Africa Champions League competition come next season.
On the future of Coach Bashiru Hayford who led Kotoko to snatch the league title from Accra Hearts of Oak last season, the source said, “Bash might be made to assist Coach Coleman”.
