-Dr Francis Nii Anang Sowah,

New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate for Dadekotopon Constituency, has stressed the need for members and supporters of NPP in the constituency to vote for the party in the upcoming elections.

This, he said, would be the greatest legacy the constituents could bequeath to the late Mr Peter Ala Adjetey, former Speaker of Parliament.

“As a great statesman, he dedicated his time and life in championing democracy, the rule of law, and a selfless service to the people of La”.

Dr Sowah who made the call when he addressed party sympathizers and the public after responding to the various cells within the constituency at the weekend, therefore reminded the people that the only legacy they could leave behind for “our brothers, sisters and elders

Was to retain the NPP in power.”

Dr Sowah, a legal practitioner, said Mr Adjetey was a brilliant scholar who should be a source of inspiration to the young ones, as he braved all odds to ensure that the truth prevail.

“I urge all polling agents to demonstrate a similar dedication and devotion to duty, and to ensure vigilance on the election day, because elections are either won or lost at the polling stations.”

Miss Yemiteley Odoi, Second Constituency Vice Chairperson of the party, said the executives in collaboration with the campaign team, had put in place pragmatic programmes to ensure victory for the NPP come December 7.

Miss Odoi hinted that the campaign team would kick-start its programmes from November, with a house-to-house campaign code-named “operation elephant walk”, adding that it would include keep fit, dawn jogging' and polling agents training, to make ensue for the NPP was certain.
