A new 100,000 Ghana cedis church building for Kyebi Saint Mark's Anglican Church was dedicated at Kyebi on Sunday.

Right Reverend Francis Benjamin Quashie, Anglican Bishop of Koforidua Diocese in a sermon called on the electorate to reject politicians whose actions and pronouncements could create division among Ghanaians.

He said it was not enough to listen to what the politicians preached but to watch them closely and analyse their activities beyond their pronouncements on the platform.

Bishop Quashie said the first thing in life was not to seek personal wealth but to seek God in all endeavours for blessing.

Rev. Fr. Robert O. Ankrah, Minister-in-charge of Kyebi Parish of the Church said work on the new church building begun in 1999 and after a technical evaluation of the building in 2004, the whole structure was redesigned.

He said despite several materials and free services that the church received it spent about 85,000 Ghana cedis to complete the building.

Most Rev. Dr Robert G. A. Okine, Archbishop of the Province of West Africa, was the principal celebrant at the service.
