The agony of new workers

The agony of new workers
15.09.2008 LISTEN

It has been a long practice that, nurses will complete their course; go through a full year rotation before their cumulative or annual salary will be paid. Even this rotation commences until a person passes his or her exams.

There are many nurses who are working for more than three years now but do not even receive allowances simply because they have not yet passed all the subjects they took in their exams.
More than a year now, newly registered nurses have not yet received even one fourth of their monthly salaries.

Meanwhile, to most parents, as soon as a person graduates from school and starts work, they expect them to assist in the up bringing of their homes.

I will like to ask that, where do this nurses get money for their daily expenses? What do we expect these nurses to do before they get food, clothe and shelter? Which motive will these nurses take to work? How will they treat patience?

I therefore take this opportunity to plead with the government or the authorities in charge to act fast, because a hungry man is an angry man.
