The Convention People's Party (CPP), will launch its manifesto on July 22, this year, to explain its policies and ideologies to the people to help the party increase its membership and supporters.
Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom, the Flagbearer of the party announced this at a meeting with representatives of the party including Chairmen, Parliamentary Candidates and other executives in Kumasi.
He said the party was in the process of electing its Parliamentary Candidates in all the 39 Constituencies of the Ashanti Region and hoped that would be completed by the end of July.
Dr. Nduom observed that the task ahead of the party was crucial as the country was preparing for the December 7 polls and therefore asked the supporters and the rank and file of the party to work harder to enable the party become victorious in the elections.
The Flagbearer advised them to avoid provocative utterances in their campaigns to ensure peace before, during and after the elections.
Dr. Nduom advised those at the age of 18 years and above who have not as yet registered their names to do so when the voters' register opens.
