SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

It is hereby announced for the information of all members of the Ghanaian community here in The Netherlands, friends of Ghana and the general public that the Embassy of the Ghana in The Hague, desirous of harmonizing the activities of all Ghanaian residents in The Netherlands within a proper constitutional framework and having endorsed the finalized constitution reviewed by the Interim Advisory Council (IAC), will inaugurate a provisional body with a mandate to co-ordinate activities, leading to the formation of the proposed Council of Ghanaians in The Netherlands (CoGhaN). The event is scheduled to take place as follows:

Date: Saturday, 5th July, 2008.
Place: Augustinus College, Amsterdam Southeast.
Time: From 18.00 hours.

The Embassy of the Republic of Ghana in The Hague appeal to all members of the Ghanaian community here in The Netherlands, friends of Ghana and the general public to make it a point of duty to come and support this commendable initiative of forging a common front for Ghanaians in this part of the world.
