
The Committee set up by the Electoral
Commission to investigate the source of the discrepancies in voter
registration figures in
the Ashanti Region on Friday submitted its report.
An official statement signed by Mr. C. Owusu-Parry, Acting Director,
Public Affairs said the report was presented to the Chairman of the
Commission.
It said the Commission will study the report and issue a statement on it
as soon as practicable.
Mr. David A. Kangah, Finance and Administration of the Commission
chaired the Committee.
