Gadangme Association in Europe meet in Amsterdam

About 60 delegates from Gadangme association in Europe met in Amsterdam on Saturday the 8Th of March 2008 for an historical meeting to bring all Gadangme Associations in Europe under one umbrella.This is their fourth meeting within a year, two in London and one in Hamburg, but this time a seven member interim committee was appointed to take charge until an election is held.

It was an eight hour meeting in which the constitution to govern the association was also agreed.
Prophet Am-Quaye, who chair the meeting advice all members to love each other and accept who ever will be appointed on the day. The interim Committee members are:

Mr Alex Adjei (Switzerland) Publicity Secretary

The host country later invited all Ghanaians to a dinner dance in celebration of Ghana@51 which was chaired by the deputy head of Ghana mission in Holland Mr Eric Odoi Enim. In his address he thanked the Gadangme Association in Holland for hosting such event and advice them to help in the development of Ghana in general. The meeting was broadcast live to the whole world by
GFM online radio station based in London.
