Accra Hearts of Oak have been eliminated from the African Champions League despite winning Sunday's match 3-1 against the Gabonese side, FC 105.
Hearts lost 4-3 on aggregate.
Even though the club put up a much improved performance, they could not get a badly needed forth goal on the day to push the match into extra time.
Football analyst Kwabena Yeboah told Karl Tuffuor of Joy FM that the team did not disgrace themselves before the home crowd.
He advised them to put the defeat behind them quickly and concentrate on the domestic league.
Meanwhile Ashanti Gold have qualified for the next stage of the competition.
They beat FC Sahel of Niger by six goals to one.
