The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Akwasi Osei-Adjei is in Addis Ababa for the ordinary session of the AU Council of Ministers which opens Sunday.
The Ministerial meeting that precedes the summit of the Heads of State and Government would study the recommendations of the Committee of Ministers set up by the AU last July in Accra to appraise the viability of a Union Government for Africa.
It will also chart a road map for the acceleration of the Integration process of the continent, review the AU budget and prepare the agenda for the Heads of State summit scheduled for the 31st of this month.
