The GFA media spokesman said top football officials in the world would also attend the three-week tournament and added that the GFA had adequately prepared for the continental soccer fiesta.

He urged Ghanaian football fans to contribute to the success of the event with not only their supportfor the Black Stars victory but also cheer the other nations for a successful event.

Meanwhile, the new Black Stars skipper John Mensah has assured the nation of victory and urged Ghanaians to troop to the stadium to support the team to victory.
