CJA Guttural Warriors Or Marauding Dragons

There is no arguing with success, right? The truth is that the CJA members do not know what success is. They always dream of failure and that is why they have deliberately decided not to see anything good about the Kufuor Administration.

In the beginning, they launched a “Wahala” demonstration, saying the price of petroleum products was too high.

When that did not sink in because of the obvious skyrocketing price of crude oil on the world market, they planned another one, burnt tyres and nearly turned the capital city into chaos.

Today, these pathologically jealous men and women are scheming to launch yet another demonstration christened “Yewu”.

It is true that the constitution allows them to do so but what government should be aware of is that these people simply want to provoke confrontation which may lead to the death of innocent persons.

And when that comes to pass, they will seize the opportunity to turn the apple cart upside down.

It is now obvious that Asomasi is behind this plan even as it has become abundantly clear that the NDC is hiding behind the CJA to cause mayhem. If this is true, then we must all be careful because a party that has a track record of violence should not be taken for granted.

The fact that prickly Kwesi Pratt is a member of the CJA speaks a lot. This is a man who says he belongs to the CPP but never hesitates to throw his weight behind the NDC.

Hypocrite!
Beneath the numerous demonstrations, unnecessary criticisms and the continuous insults being used by the defeated and disgraced NDC, is a sadder truth: the success chalked by the ruling NPP government is gradually killing their party.

They look around and see development projects sprinkled all over the country, and after comparing the NPP regime to the nearly 20 years of the (P)NDC misrule, they simply can't understand how the NPP is doing it.

They therefore have to insult those who tower mightily. In fact they feel like dwarfs in society.

I really pity the unschooled youth who still follow the NDC because they will sooner than later see life as a morbid burden.

These youth initially welcome the earlier years of agitation propaganda by their leadership only to realize later that it doesn't equip them to meet the challenges of life.

The older ones among them spent their youthful years serving the defunct and wish-to-be-forgotten revolution and now that the revolution has gone with the wind, they are stranded.

These are the people who readily run to join any demonstration organized by the CJA. You will never see any responsible lady or gentleman who has something doing, going out of his or her way to waste time with these rabble-rousers.

If indeed this demonstration will be organized, see whether you can find responsible citizens or the wives and children of the leadership among the demonstrators.

My angelic advice to President Kufuor and his government is that they should stay focused and continue to rev up the economy.

I also pray to God to give the CJA people longer life so they would live to see the materialization of the plans of the President and his government.

Even though the blind man can not see a lump of sugar, if you put it in his month, he will know that it is sugar.

There are two active members of the CJA who really continue to vex my spirit. One is Bernard Monna and the other is Alhaji Rammadan, all members of the PNC, a party formed by the late Dr. Hilla Limann. For the 12 years that Limann lived in this country after the overthrow of his government by Rawlings, no one took him to court.

Even though Rawlings accused him of being corrupt, he died a poor man whiles Rawlings and his family continue to live in luxury.

Where were Monna and Rammadan when Rawlings treated Limann with ordinary contempt? Why did they not demonstrate against Rawlings for the inhuman treatment he gave to Limann, a former head of state?

I believe Dr. Limann will be turning in his grave at this moment, saying, “Betrayal, Betrayal, Betrayal!”
