Deputy Minister for Education, Dr. Clement Apaak, represented Ghana at the ongoing African Agricultural Technologies (ACAT) conference at the Kigali Convention Centre, Rwanda.
Former Nigerian President, H.E. Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, delivered an insightful keynote address, in which he underscored that sustained investment is vital for Africa’s agricultural transformation.
The second edition of #ACAT was officially opened by Rwandan Prime Minister, Dr. Édouard Ngirente, at the Kigali Convention Centre. Ambassador Ibrahim Zanna, the Acting High Commissioner, was also in attendance.
Ghana’s Deputy Minister for Education, Dr. Apaak, also participated in a constructive dialogue aimed at improving Africa’s Food system.
ACAT2025 brings together policymakers, researchers, farmers, and innovators to accelerate Africa’s agricultural transformation through technology, sustainability, and youth empowerment.
