Dear critical reader, as it becomes more and more obvious that President Putin has no intention of ending Russia's invasion of Ukraine peacefully, the question to ponder over is: How should the world's democracies deal with President Putin, in order to end Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine?
Ukraine should adopt the Israeli handbook on dealing with those that pose existential threats to the state of Israel and its citizens: focus on physically eliminating leaderships of nations and terrorist organisations that seek to wipe it off the surface of the planet. Russia is a nation with a long and proud history that has made many positive contributions to human civilisation, which is now led by an unhinged and murderous tyrant - from whom the people of Russia need deliverance to taste freedom again - and become a force for good that is a member of the EU and NATO.
A potential leader for a Russian government in exile could be Yulia Borisovna Navalnaya, who must be encouraged to form such a government modelled on the French government in exile that General Charles de Gaulle established in London in 1940 during WW2. It will be recalled that General Charles de Gaulle's French government in exile, also known as Free France, was established in London after the fall of France in 1940. De Gaulle, a senior army officer, refused to accept the armistice with Germany and fled to Britain to organize a resistance movement against the Nazis.
That is how the free world must deal with Putin - that plus a bounty of USD 2 billion put on his head for anyone who topples his regime and delivers him alive or dead to claim that bounty! Simple.
