When skin color destroys a nation

Dr. Kwame Nkrumah a true visionary leader took office he set up about 300 SOE State Owned Enterprises and kicked out all white people from Ghana while his successor President Busia asked all (black) foreigners to leave the country. Both put ideology before practical beneficial solutions. SOEs as party political instruments run the economy over time to ground.

Nelson Mandela took to another strategy and proclaimed the Rainbow Nation for whites with a good heart and great intentions to stay and help to raise the nation. Some whites misused the moment of history and collided with the new black elite the NDC which decided to run down the SA economy bribed by big white money.

Ghana is primarily the country of cocoa over their gold mining activities. Dr. Kwame Nkrumah asked German Joachim Burmeister to construct the CPC Ltd in Tems. Since 1965 CPC Ltd has never exported chocolate to the white man who has the appetite and money to pay well for chocolate. This profit can subsidize the price of chocolate for the locals. The current Managing Director of CPC Ltd is a civil servant. His published vita shows he has no experience in this industry and has never lived in the world of the white man. As much as a blind man has never seen the beauty of a red rose and not be a red rose how possible should he understand what makes the white man tick to run and buy chocolate?

The top management of CPC Ltd is comprised of party members, not white people who work for the nation of Ghana and understand the market, the buyers, and what makes them buy chocolate from Ghana and on top of being well connected in the world of the white man as much as in Africa.

In 2013 I wanted to buy CPC Ltd but was refused to do so based on my skin color even black Ghanaian late Ms. Mawuena Trebarh was supposed to be my CEO realizing my market instructions.

This story applies to all other SOEs in Ghana: waste of time and resources. So sad! No lesson learned.
