International Open-Chance Day: July First

International Open-Chance Day: July First

Great ideas are like discoveries, it has to start through someone, some people, then eventually the masses will join. I do believe good rich people exist, even if they are hard to find at times, or harder to find in some places than others. Presently, philanthropists are celebrated, and perhaps rightly. However, if we take the top twenty philanthropists of each country and top hundred philanthropists of the world, we will discover a big chunk of their help are under 'rescue', a smaller percentage are under 'free-smile', and near zero falls under 'Open-chance'. As said, perhaps they never thought about the three types of help and urged to gauge what percentage of their help falls under each category. Some of them may have never heard about the term 'Open-chance', and that is precisely among the reasons we need to dedicate a day to it. The day is set to be July first every year, a day to sensitize about Open-chance in the first decade, but largely a day to reveal and assess the effects of Open-Chance help at the national and international level. Although I will repeat some terms, it may help to search and read 'Repentance Routes...' By Jarga Kebba Gigo, to further understand certain history about Open-chance. As said, Open-Chance is the best and highest form of help in life and the Showlove Trinity philosophy. Open-chance help can be between individuals, through an NGO, and between nations. It can lead to new millionaires and billionaires, or even trillion dollars worth to uplift willing poorer nations. It can eliminate financial poverty throughout the world, Lord be willing (LBW)

We may briefly want to redefine the three types of help, as per Showlove Trinity: Let's learn, let's work, let's have fun.

1. Free-smile: A form of help that leans on fun. It is often small gifts, including ceremonial gifts, but it can be millions of dollars in specious ways.

2. Rescue: A self explanatory form of help that often includes lifting someone or some people from pain, but with no direct link to meaningful learning or working opportunities. If you pay the medical bills of a person, the person may return to work or school, but the primary motive was not for big uplifting on work or learning opportunities. Similarly, if a country suffers mild drought, rescue aid can be in the millions or billions, but that is still very different from even funding low level Open-chance help like the Food Surplus with Health and Investment Boosting (Foshib) project.

3. Open-Chance: A form of help to significantly uplift a person, a community, or nation(s) through learning and/or working opportunities. It could be through grants, loans, special sales, etc, but to directly boost learning or working opportunities. Of course it has levels, so having recommendations matter, but that may vary between countries and be updated through the years.

As a new international day, it is the responsibility of Journalists to help sell the idea from now until July first, and help celebrate it in thoughtful ways to maximize the effects. Open-chance requires givers and recipients. Since we cannot force anyone, our points are just recommendations. We are essentially urging developed nations to help poorer nations, and rich folks to help the trying poor folks in Open-chance standard, not the largely rescue and free-smile helps history witnessed.

Since 2025 is the first year, we should try a formidable sensitization and celebration. The people must understand history and how powers tend to work. I will highly recommend all media houses, especially African media houses, to consider naming 'deepseek' as the best Open-Chance help in 2025, come July first, and urge their members of parliaments to nominate them for Nobel peace prize. Or can a company/nation do a lot better than deep-seek, come July first? Technology transfer is a term many ordinary Africans do not know about, but the West actually did technology transfer to Asia long ago and skipped Africa. This point of history should be acknowledged with facts without malice of shaming who were not born when it occurred, but with sharp challenges like how Open AI started and the very problems they face, including how Elon Musk is suing them. When the most cruel try to deny you learning and working opportunities for centuries, then tried to deny you AI even after Questionable Elon Musk tried to help in what qualified as Open-Chance, only the worst of people will believe the lies or accusations they are leveling against deep-seek. I urge Africans+ to try to make the best of what deepseek offers beyond fun, and our generation of Africans must honestly accept our African Ancestors built cultures and communities on mainly fun and minimal learning and working opportunities.

Every media house must ascertain every Ambassador gets this article and urge them to forward it to their respective leaders. So that they can prepare to pledge now and reveal what to offer as Open-Chance help, come July First. President Barrow of the Gambia mentioned 'technology transfer' in one of his UN speeches, but a regular open courtings like such a day may help lot more than many private begging or UN speeches. We will see what China and Russia have to offer compare to the u.s and the west or Europe; but our neighboring rich Arab countries must also be courted from government level and private billionaires and millionaires. Then what Ghana, Nigeria, or South Africa can offer to poorer Gambia or Bissau in knowledge, technology transfer, or joint ventures to purchase companies?

The levels of help that can occur between countries is very wide. Like I once mentioned, a company may offer free knowledge on how to make hemp wood as example, and will they deserve a Nobel Peace prize, considering the trees they will save or people learning and working to make hemp wood is forbidden by a super capitalist and arrogant religious folks? Another company may offer a few millions to access hemp plastic technology, but which billionaire in the Arab world can compete ms. Makenzie Scott or Bill Gates on open-chance giving versus rescue?

Without standards, if ten percent of African or xyz leaders choose corruption on such, then what is ninety percent doing well and how to confront the corrupt ten percent through new learning and new standards? My point is let us never allow the worst to derail us. Companies and governments will think through on how to give, not just who to give or loan.

Open-Chance between Individuals can be very interesting and must be sold with ideas and details to court skeptics. Some Rich folks do get many bad experiences and that sometimes can be even misinterpreted. Oftentimes, Gambian newspapers will publish a patient who needs help for a very weak crowdfunding. Such help is rescue and not the primary target of my writing. Let me say I am not opposed to rescue or free-smile, but I clearly favor open-chance help. I pegged the minimum recommended amount to $25,000 for the Gambia, but each country will vary. I believe many needed businesses can be started with that amount in the Gambia. I also noted only those who are worth over a million dollars should give, and the recipient should preferably be making less than $50,000 a year. This is why journalists or xyz must help initiate a national committee to set these recommendations every year. You will also need to sensitize NGOs in your countries on how to incorporate such in their programs.

Again, we must sell it as a new divine product to 'sleeping' rich folks. Hello Youssou Ndure or xyz of Senegal+, we heard you spent ‘millions’ to build a hospital for the children. Nice rescue! But do you truly care about health, squarely? Can Youssou Ndure or xyz spare one million dollars to buy Gym Equipment and callisthenics for the Gambia or only Senegal and expect rich Arab or White to care for Senegal? As said in 'Repentance Routes', a mere $25,000 can buy you over 50 major gym equipment to potentially open 50 preventive health centers in the Gambia, Senegal, or wherever needed. The sponsor of such may have conditions that may be reasonable. S/he can demand the monthly fees should not be more than the daily wages of a construction laborer, teacher, or maid in your country. The conditions will vary and are not worth deep discussion .

How do you educate Youssou Ndure or Dangote if they have fears or do not know who to trust? Partly NGOs. Youssou may choose his family members with at least Bachelors or anyone with a degree to manage such as recipient? Of course many high school dropouts can manage a gym or even a preventive health center well, but it may be his way of asking his nephews and Nieces, go to college to get my higher help. How about if I lose that million dollars? No! It is impossible. You are not helping only the 50 people who may become millionaires, but the millions of people who may gain higher health, better looks, etc. If you are so one-eyed with money, then if about 25 people did well to turn it into five million dollars, then please do not be one-eye on those who 'failed' after how many years of service?

As journalists, you can try to be nice, but sometimes you may have to poke them. If many get on board, but not Youssou Ndure as example, then headline: good or 'stingy' Youssou Ndure cannot do great to greatest help? For those who may not know, Youssou made a song called 'stingy' and it was widely condemned by the poor... He defended himself saying ' I gave a free show' here and there, as evidence of not being stingy? Well, Youssou, that one falls under very weak free-smile, so tell us you are ready to embrace Open-chance help. Can you write a million dollar check/cheque for Open-chance help or do a show or tour for Open-chance help ? Will the Arab or white world learn and accept open-chance help through Youssou Ndure or xyz, or Jarga and who will push until Youssou or better than Youssou embrace the idea? Can Youssou Ndure or xyz come on TV and tell the rich folks 'do not be stingy', or only the poor he dares chastise? If He or someone in your country does well and urges others, it is well recorded and God has many forms of Nobel peace prizes. We even allow loans, so we are not trying to break Youssou, Rich Arabs, or anyone. Youssou or Dangote can use his foundation, but don't you think an NGO in your country courting him with a special program can be a great partnership? By and large, I am opposed to more public holidays, but the date was chosen as also mid-year, so Having folks like Youssou Perform as International Open-chance day and mid-year to uplift mainly middle aged folks and those heading there is great. Is there any international day that was initiated by Africans? Well, this one can beat even Christmas on positive effects, and we can help reduce cancers+ in ways only God knows and the mentally blind cannot see.

Openly giving open-chance is preferred for courting and accountability. The world of rescue and free-smile can be given in private, but open-chance help is preferred openly. If Youssou Ndure or Dangote accepts Open-chance help for the Gambia, it will be hard for rich Muhammed Jah of the Gambia to resist the culture. Presently, mr. Jah regularly gives lots of rice to poor farmers+ in the beginning of Ramadan, but that still largely falls under free-smile even if it is worth tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars. However, even a few thousands to the Foshib project, even as a loan, will qualify as nursery or primary level Open-chance. The Gambian media houses rightly report on that and others are now following the footsteps of mr. Jah on that. So Imagine how many billionaires will follow the footsteps of the pioneers once we start the annual celebration.

Suppose we successfully court mr. Jah, Youssou, Dangote, etc to this great culture, will you cover them and will others follow in giving millions and billions? My point is let us seek all, but we do not need the political leaders to make International Open-Chance day greater than Valentine's day or even Earth day (22 April). The political leaders will eventually come on board, and the best of them may highly accept it in 2025. It will be a lot better than murmuring about Trump or USAID defunding. We can have condom factories and other factories through open-chance help, and having a dedicated day matters. If our rich folks think free-smile and rescues are enough locally or nationally, then rich nations and billionaires can also find excuses to discourage open-chance between nations. So court them, listen and challenge any cowardly objection, and cover it in astute ways, including the re-inviting of the most successful recipients on TV+, every year.

Whereas the recommendation of the minimum receiving amount can vary between countries, the recommendation of the giver is set at five percent as minimum, regardless of country. This means low level millionaires like Mr. Amadou Gigo and Saihou Omar Gigo of poor Gambia may only give a few tens of thousands of dollars per year, as gift or loan. If the recipient repaid ten thousand as an example, the rich guy adds to it to give to someone else, the following years. I classify anyone worth under $10,000,000.00 as a low level millionaire. Then mid level millionaires/billionaires, high level millionaires/billionaires, and highest level millionaires/billionaires may amount to millions or hundreds of millions from a single person. Suppose Ms. Scott or xyz wants to give one billion dollars between folks who make under fifty thousand dollars a year, but want to loan one billion or ten millions to millionaires who smartly support Open-chance, then it is still good in my humble opinion. Remember where we claim preference, we are admitting some exceptions could be even great. For example, if an Arab billionaire or ms. Scott wants to loan millionaire Amadou Gigo or Saihou Gigo one to five million dollars for a camera factory to fight a lot beyond bullying, then even my vision for worldwide culture of cameras is coming to fruition. We know even billionaires do get loans at times to buy a company (e.g twitter), but which billionaires will be opposed to loaning to very poor folks or low level millionaires who support Open-chance? We know some billionaires will cry or frown at the idea, as the 'demise of western civilization', or the beginning of no more oppression and poverty? I believe all working adults should own homes within 2 to 5 years, but that requires a system change much bigger than this level of Open-chance. If Amadou gigo or xyz choose to give ten or fifteen percent of his financial value, Saihou gives five percent, and M. Jah gives one percent in a particular year, let us be careful how we read the given figures or blame some givers. A low level millionaire can be in financial troubles and still understand the importance of this culture, so if such gives one thousand dollars through an NGO or special bank/credit bureau, then let us appreciate and not over dig for reasons. I am looking for willing participants and not trying to shame anyone, even where I may sound hard.

The Arab world and beyond: If president Trump is asking you first for investment in the 'richest nation', I am calling you in the spirit of ch.103 to invest and give Open-chance levels of help to the poorest nations, beyond Muslims. I expect MBS or someone much better than him to seriously urge the rich in and beyond Arabia to embrace Open-chance help, worldwide level. Government officials hardly go beyond fellow government officials, except Erdogan and others who understand courting Elon Musk, but president Barrow or Tinubu may go to Mecca without 'exhorting each other to truth [and kindness]' with the officials and rich folks of Arabia? I hope our foreign Affairs ministers and ambassadors will do their part beyond sensitizing. Besides politicians working on it from now to June, can social leaders like Youssou Ndure, Akon, and even Americans who care consider an Open-chance tour beyond Arabia? Once it is well known, people will help. Feel free to help only businesses with cameras, including body cameras to ascertain well usage. I am not here for every poor, but the trying poor. Considering the world's financial and economic systems are largely rigged against the poor, it is wiser to consider that over 75% of the poor are victims. So woe onto those who look at the worst among the poor to argue against the trying poor or the best type of help.

To sum it up, we are not discouraging any form of help, but distinguishing and pointing the world to the best form of help. We know many rich folks and rich nations supported with millions in less efficient ways, but perhaps they never learned about Open-Chance yet. You have thousands, millions, or few billions to give, please ascertain a reasonable percentage goes to Open-Chance help, every year. I do believe within Open-Chance, helping with high end universities in every country is the best, but many willing millionaires cannot afford building universities without collaboration. Once the day is recognized worldwide or even regionally, then few universities will be built every July First until access to learning is no longer an issue. Besides Universities, we need enough factories in every country and pushing for such a day will realize new factories initiated every July First, as seed or thanks to the differentiation. So rather than begging Trump or anyone, let us see what we can do with or without the politicians taking the lead, even as we prefer God to court them with ease asap. Although every nation will always have its version of sensitization and celebration in subsequent years, the very first one should preferably be with world leaders gathered together to see how we can care for all. Coincidentally, president Trump has a 90 day pause on his controversial tariffs, meaning China and the rest of the world should see this as an opportunity far bigger than u.s. Despite the fact that I am doubtful if Trump and Musk may like the idea, we should still invite them and be ready to move despite their standing. If Senegal, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, China, etc calls the world as host, I am confident that many Billionaires, including u.s Billionaires will respond. Better than the G8 or G20 meeting on how to remain on top or keep the poor poorer through questionable systems, let July First be Open beyond politicians. Let the mid to high level millionaires and billionaires pledge at least one million dollar each to attend a special Dinner or be mentioned from afar, via video conferencing. Since July first will be summer in the greater part of the world, let the first be a festival bigger than the protests against Trump's tariffs. Let us pray to the God of all beings to help humankind embrace learning and working enough, to enter the route of one aspect of earthly heaven. May God guide, protect, and bless us. May God enormously spread Showlove Trinity: let's learn, let's work, let's have fun.

Optional notes:
The Evolution of Humankind on learning and working is very complex. I do not want to over-focus on the past, but we must at least minimally discuss the past and present when trying to shape the future. Africa is unquestionably the poorest, financially. I am not interested in very long discussions about the past, especially blaming others. Accessing Land was not an issue until a few decades or centuries ago, depending on the country. Humankind focused on largely fun as 'culture' and minimal work. Those who pinpoint the limited knowledge through cultural songs as examples must be reminded of the importance of raising standards, especially in the world of learning. Modern conventional schools are essential, even though adjustments can be made, including more research through private schools.

Although I consider Conscience my 'religion', my upbringing was Islam, a religion that vividly points us to conscience through ch.91 and 103, despite the low conscience we see in many so-called Islamic countries, especially at government level. The first commandment in life before Islam is 'learn'! Of course many Arabs poorly translate and interpret it as 'recite' and sadly limited it to Arab leaning limited knowledge. Luckily, common sense and the root word of learning (ihqrah) goes far beyond recite, but includes reading, research, and even learning through conscience. Furthermore, millions of Arabs+ have evolved to possibly accept many forms of learning. The worst of them may always resist anything of non-Arab origin as per [Quran Chapter 26]

198. Had We revealed it to one of the foreigners.

199. And he had recited it to them, they still would not have believed in it.

Again, Arab arrogance is real, but arrogance is not exclusive to Arabs and how many millions of Arabs+ evolved or may evolve? However, using the Quhr-aahn to court Arabs and beyond is much smarter than using terms like democracy. Imagine the wisdom of the Quhr-aahn compared to what they had, and the Angels are testifying they would have rejected it a lot more if it came through non-Arab (foreigner), but expect others to accept it and their weak interpretation of it without questions or contrasting? So when conventional school came, the worst of Arabs rejected it and misled many blacks+ to reject it up-to date. Luckily, The Lord through the angels wrote certain verses in very smart ways. The same ch. 96:5 further reads: 'Who teaches man what he never knew.' That never knew goes far beyond what conventional schools may teach. That 'never knew' includes knowledge of the Americans who rebuilt the Kaabah in Mecca; it includes building aircrafts to help beyond pilgrimage; it includes countless beneficial things. Many present Arabs may argue they no longer mislead blacks+ on such learning, that our own blacks are now echoing such sad sentiments.

The best of Arabs+ do not have to feel guilt, unless they reject Open-chance in fear, greed, or arrogance. If there were no nasty history between us, humanity still demands we care for each other through conscience and ch.103: 'exhort each other to truth'. I once pointed out how the Jews spent billions on u.s universities while Arabs+ were discouraging such learning. The Christians were spending millions to build Schools in poor Africa, while many Arabs+ and their students were discouraging such learning and building Mosques. That is not just the past, but the recent past and remnants of the present. Now I have to 'fight' my black brothers on how to prioritize? I even give examples that my blood brother Mr. Amadou Gigo of Gigo construction went to Saint Peters high school, thanks to 'Christians' who value conventional schooling; my other brother mr. Saihou Omar Gigo of Torodo builders went to Saint Augustine's High School, thanks to 'Christians' again? Whereas 'Christians' funded the schools, conventional schooling is not Christian in any way, but the worst of Muslims label it that way to 'discourage' weak Muslims who are into unnecessary rivalry or fear. Let the rivalry or competition be on who respects Open-Chance most, who urges the most, who donates the most, who joins the movement first versus the reluctant submitters. God could have chosen a Christian or Jew to call for such a special day, but He chose me to make your test easier in accepting the good. The final decision is on God, but I am almost tired of calling you to good and want God to make it a reality with or without you, including my own blood brothers. Those who may say my language is hard must be reminded how many times do we have to speak up softly before we harden the language? In the article titled 'Repentance Routes...', not only did I mention the importance of such a day, but that the help was differentiated since the late nineties.

The good the Arabs did to Africa is largely through the Quhr-aahn, which they sometimes still misinterpret against conscience. Religion was a hard rescue from bad cultures. The evil the Arabs+ did to Africa after the Quhr-aahn is mainly through Hadiths they were forbidden to write by Muhhahm^mahd and some other forms of misinterpretations. I pointed out how mr. Amadou Gigo recently built a fairly decent Mosque, but when will he and others jointly try to build Schools, including universities? Reality reveals we built mud mosques, but thanks to God through conventional schooling that Mr. Amadou Gigo, Muhammed Jah, and many others are building much nicer Mosques. Like I am not opposed to free-smile and rescues, but clearly favors Open-chance help; I am not opposed to Mosque and Church buildings, but clearly favor schools and university buildings. So may God reward those who build Schools more than those who build Mosques, Churches, and other places of worship. Mr. Amadou Gigo is a low level millionaire who may or may not be able to afford to build a university, but he certainly has the connections to call on politicians and rich folks towards building universities and celebrating the upcoming International Open-Chance day. If we have enough universities in all fields, building Mosques is a one-day piece of cake. Until then, anyone who prays in the Mosque Amadou Gigo or xyz built, should the reward be lot more than Atom's weight splitted towards Alagie Essa Gigo who under-paid for his education and how much to others who paid taxes or donated for his schooling, and how much more to those who built Saint Peter's high School and GTTI where mr. Gigo went to school. Excuse me Jarga! Possible or certain Reward!, did you check what your daily prayer reads? Well, let us reserve that for later.

I know the worst of Arabs+ may claim God is all ears and care about only those who praise him only in Arabic and only in Mosques? I know some will quote a so-called hadiths about the importance of building Mosques over Schools (ihqrah). Well, I am not interested in such endless debates. Until you can quote from the Quhr-aahn and conscience, it is increasingly evident why Muhhahm^mahd forbade them writing hadiths, which many Muslims are yet to know and under-ponder as to why. Among the so-called authentic hadiths is the so-called 'five pillars of Islam' which essentially derails Muslims from ch.103 : 'The checklist of the guided ' between humans, not just religions. I called for a 'million to billion dollar interpretation contest' of that chapter, but they prefer funding sports over learning that may lead to universities upon universities, plus wider minds? A contest means I humbly agree you may bring what I or someone else did not know, but how can the arrogant say 'black Jarga' may bring what the Arabs never knew or hid from that chapter? May be it is God who will reveal lot more about that chapter, or what ch.75 said about 'explaining the meanings'?

Anyway! There is a mandatory prayer at mosques that clearly says in ch. 1: ' Guide us on to the straight path...' Guide! Guide! Guide! Guide! Guide! Guide! In every prayer and five times daily. Well, Guidance is likely bigger than anything, but what is guidance on a checklist? Again, ch.103 came to the rescue or semi-rescue by clearly having a checklist that no sane person will dismiss one of the pillars or 'beams', foundation or roof. Well, the word 'checklist' of the guided should be a lot more popular than the so-called five pillars of Islam. Again, draw five to eight columns, but four becomes more important. Ch.103: 1. Faith, 2. Good deeds; 3. Exhort each other to truth. 4. Exhort each other to patience.' Wow! Should we call one part super good deeds? No Jarga! No the angels! Make it easier to avoid endless debates. What is exhort in words versus action in a process? What is 'each other' ? That will be hard to the cowards, but harder to the arrogant, unless they claim a hadiths to oppress a guilty-victim? Why is 'each other' repeated on patience and how many branches it has as choice versus imposed, between humans , not just with God? So you may never fully understand ch1. Fahtih-aah (Opening), unless you deeply meditate on ch.103, the very thesis of the marvelous Quhr-aahn. No! What has this to do with 'international Open-Chance day'? Every thing, I am essentially exhorting you to truth (Aka higher kindness). I am also showing that you have repeatedly read the chapter, but how many of you thought about this way and what more can I and others give you if God realizes the contest?

Now that Saudi Arabia has free universities for its citizens and is spending 500 billion dollars on the 'richest nation' (u.s) because they need or respected conventional schooling. Is there a verse that says: 'but you people neglect the poor' on investing, on open-chance, on banking who God will choose to inspire new knowledge? Ch. 103 says: unless we exhort Saudi Arabia+ to truth, we will be counted among the lost... How many billions can Saudi invest in poor countries in the world of universities versus factories? Again, it can be a loan, grant, or gift. They can also make reasonable demands like if Poor Gambia or Bissau can come up with three million dollars, they will loan+ one billion dollars for a high tech university with a strong culture of cameras to minimize corruption among others. Then, many of the so-called rich Gambians are low level millionaires and sometimes with personal or business loans to pay, then let every ordinary Gambian understand Open-Chance day means we save to donate like we save for many religious festivals. If mr. Muhammed Jah or xyz says he will match up to one million dollars and Dangote, ms. Scott or xyz says s/he will double whatever we raise and up to billion dollars, then how will each Gambian+ be under a special test? How much our diaspora folks can help towards building universities? It means crowdfunding to help ourselves, not just wait for others. Our respect for learning and working is known through how much money and time we are willing to invest, based on standards and compared to reasonable counterparts.

Beside the mandatory prayers, the optional prayers in the Mosques+ revolves around health and finance. Every sane person knows God plays a part in every good, but uses mediums: from things, people, and places. Again, the guidance to health through conventional schooling is unquestionable. The Imams that benefit from conventional schooling, including hospitals, should never dismiss the importance of learning. The rich folks may help the Imam more than the ordinary when sickness comes. Of course, it is vital to ascertain Mosques are healthy, clean, and every good the Lord of knowledge reveals. So again! May God reward those who build schools more than those who build hospitals and pay medical bills. Building schools falls under Open-Chance, but building hospitals and paying medical bills largely falls under rescue. Learn! (Ihqrah) spirals towards up to conscience and even the countless earthly favors and beyond. The blind may disagree, especially on the learning that did not come through them. Similarly, the world of Finance is very complex, but even the questionable 'wealth' through fossil fuel+ is thanks to learning. My point is the givers will get to decide, but I am strongly recommending a high percentage goes not just to universities, but let strong talking points on the importance of learning be part of the day, not just praising the billionaires and millionaires who may donate. If I knew Learning was part of my religion early, then I would have taken education lot more seriously. My point is let us help the children lot more than we received when we were kids. Of course learning is lot more than formal education, but education is where we can help each other most and we should not allow anyone to dismiss the importance of formal education. Luckily, I have some formal education and God is apparently helping me sometimes more than PhD holders. I do not want to ever disrespect education, as evident in how I pray for more schools. If you are poor like or worse than me, 'exhort' can mean urge and the God of all may reward me and/or you more than billionaires who accept or reject our suggestions.

Mindsets are sometimes very hard to upgrade. So we must carefully confront mistaken mindsets, but remember Truth will always win. Once truth is out, all or a percentage will submit and woe onto those who reject truth.

It is pilgrimage time and many people do not know the purpose of pilgrimage was largely to help the then poor Meccans, as per ch.106+. Now they are rich, will they return favor in an Open-Chance manner , or only questionable free-smiles and rescues, or sheer indifference to the poor? They have even invented 'going to pilgrimage for the dead'. Of course such things are not in the Quhr-aahn and cannot be argued in the world of conscience. If Your parents or xyz missed prayers, zahkat or fasting? Can you fast for them, they may humbly say, 'we do not know'. If your parents or xyz were unable to go for pilgrimage, what makes you think you should go on their behalf? The Quhr-aahn literally said, they were absolved of that, but in which year Muhhahm^mahd (pbuh) or which Imam started claiming such? I honestly will advise that praying for them and helping the poor and oppressed is wiser than pilgrimage. Since you may never be able to change their minds, then try to convince MBS and others on how to use pilgrimage money to help the poor and the oppressed around the world. If every year, through calculation and/or draw, Saudi helps significantly help a country or two through Open-Chance, it will get us closer to the Conscientious Lord and heaven on earth. For example, nominating poor Gambia for a billion dollar university as a Muslim country with almost no natural resources will likely please the Lord and truthful folks like me. History and the Angels will then write although many Arabs misled Gambians, but 2025 Saudi or xyz billionaires did so and so for the Gambia. Choosing South Africa who risked for Palestine will help today and decades to come, but they rather invest in the u.s that punishes South Africa, funds Israel, and expects me and the Angels not to write or suggest better forms of gratitude? Choosing poor Bissau for a university means every student that goes there will be grateful, may admit Saudi finally knows help does not mean only Mosques, and may invent better than u.s+ if efforts are applied and God can inspire in any place and upon any human? Well that is just 3 billion dollars, but pilgrimage reportedly brings about two billion dollars per year? Your oil money is partly from people consuming in Bissau+ and God wants us to help the poor and you misinterpreted the first word: learn or ihqrah. Let learning be worldwide, then Mosques and Churches can follow suit. You cannot claim you do not have 100 billion dollars for the poor, only 500 billion for the rich. Those who think hundred billion is too small, I said at least and it does not have to be a gift. Let boreholes be dug for worldwide drought resistant and year round farming for self feeding, and that is nursery or primary level Open-chance help. Let universities be built with hemp building to reduce cost and hemp be legalized worldwide. 100 billion can help build one hundred universities and that includes reasonable equipment for further research (ihqrah). How many of such universities will prosper or you pessimistically doubt and focus on the ones that may fail. We will need factories and everyone knows I want a worldwide culture of cameras, which I called for long before the Gaza war. If every Ambulance and vehicles in Gaza+ had cameras, that war would not have been that brutal. So as people wonder if Trump will attack Iran or not, I think we should spend billions on cameras, not just weapons. We need billions of body cameras around the world, it will prevent crimes, help solve crimes, and help in many forms of learning. So let billionaires be better than Mark of Meta by sponsoring better than Meta [camera] Glasses on affordability and towards higher quality. If Everyone or at least 75% in Gaza, Iran, Ukraine, and every country owns different forms of body cameras, that will be gratitude and a higher form of praying for God to help reduce problems around the world. Again, they may quote some questionable hadiths to discourage such culture, but the Lord of conscience through knowledge gave us evidence through phone recording that they appreciate or under-appreciate? Body cameras can do a lot better than phone recording and are needed even in the u.s. A camera factory in the Gambia will work, but doubters may claim we should consume and never make or even assemble products?

Although going to Mecca is in the Quhr-aahn, it is not stated as a pillar in the Quhr-aahn. Because God took away their money making idols, pilgrimage was offered to those who can afford it, to help the poor Meccans. In return, your sins with God may be forgiven, but not your sins between creatures? What is affordable can be a long debate, especially in our era. If you do not own your own mansion, going to Mecca to help 'feed the poor' or rich Meccans becomes laughable to some. If you are poor or barely rich, God forgives me can be accepted more than going to Mecca. Helping the poor in your country and others, or building schools may weigh a lot more than going to Mecca. Once you start seeing it as a pillar, you may be hard to convince, may rob others to go to Mecca, may illusorily think it can wipe off sins between creatures, or how will you tackle your sins after pilgrimage? Even if the Quhr-aahn never mentioned it, many people would have loved to visit Mecca, pray for good, etc. Our Job is not to discourage anyone from visiting Mecca, but what you should value like or more than visiting Mecca? Use your conscience more than questionable hadiths when valuing. Whereas Saudi reportedly gets about 2 billion dollars from pilgrimage per year, it actually costs Muslims lot more. Needless to mention the countless competitions around it through ruinous celebrations when coming back and the sins of blaming each other over gifts or not attending cannot be blamed on Arabs, and the average reader may get confused. However, the purpose of discussing such is about classifying and our long duties on ch.103. Pilgrimage is partly free-smile and partly potential rescue of your partial sins, not even evident rescue. It means those who send other people to Mecca every year should seriously consider how to shift 100% or 50% of such funds towards Open-Chance help. If they are poor, they are absolved, and you can help them with business, their children, or other needy folks. Through learning, we can enter the era of everyone owning personal aircrafts within months or very few years, and anyone can visit Mecca, but pray for them to respect ch.103 like or more than you pray for yourself. Until then, let us do the super good deeds, because pilgrimage is among what level of good deeds? Every year, even poor Gambia can raise millions of dollars for pilgrimage, to pay those respected learning to build aircrafts+, but when will Gambia be able to raise millions in one day or week to build universities? July first is a huge test for those who truly care.

Some may cry that another book is written, but it is a lot shorter than ch.2 and God knows I pray for success more than long articles. I largely wrote the first part over a month ago, but sometimes God controls how my articles are released. I am certainly more thrilled by this article and wanted to finish it-up before the about five articles I wrote and published after starting this article. My point is I am just a medium, God truly inspires and decides what is written and how long. Again, it took me a few hours to write the first part of this article and a few hours today to finish it up. God knows I wanted this article out long ago, but yesterday I didn't know he was going to grant me part of my wish today. My real wish is realizing the dream, having the whole world talking about International Open-Chance day and billions of dollars going to the poor, including but beyond me and the Gambia or even Africa. So let us share and start discussing where we agree upon, not just where we disagree with or consider irrelevant.

Which Companies, major News media, Millionaires, Billionaires, world leaders, etc will be the first to embrace it versus push hardest to realize it? May God bless the pioneers and sincere believers over the submitters and rejectors.
