Ras Mubarak Purge Yourself from Obsessive Anger, Ama Pratt Used Her Platform To Market Prof Naana Jane Opoku Agyemang

Mr Ras Mubarak must understand the unnecessary attacks on people he perceived as his detractors would never change their destiny. He has forgotten some party members sacrificed their energy, resources and time to nurture the party in Ablekuma North constituency before he returned from Norway. Destiny made it possible for him to have had the opportunity to contest the Ablekuma North constituency as the parliamentary candidate even though there were a lot more qualified candidates.

Ras Mubarak was not successful in his first attempt, he moved to Kumbungu in the northern region where he had the favour of the constituents and finally they made him the Member of Parliament for kumbungu constituency. Therefore if the President identified some potential in Ama Pratt and appoints her to the office of the Vice President, what has the father got to do with it.

What Ras Mubarak is failing to understand, the victory of the National Democratic Congress and President John Mahama, was not an ordinary hard work of NDC supporters alone, a lot more people contributed through different diverse means.

The President knew the contributions of some of the individuals he has appointed so far, and have the prerogative who travelled with him or the Vice President.

Ras Mubarak attack on the appointment of Maame Ama Pratt was a deliberate strategy to get at Comrade Kwesi Pratt for embarrassing him on TV3 when Mr Pratt called on the President to be wary of praise singers like Ras Mubarak.

Mr Ras Mubarak did not take that description from Mr Kwesi Pratt kindly and rebuffed it forcefully and that should have ended it. Unfortunately Ras Mubarak is someone who does not forget or forgive easily, he had a similar misunderstanding with Captain Smart of Onua TV, which made him incited public opprobrium on captain smart.

Ras Mubarak has a way of inciting public opprobrium on his perceived detractors. He deliberately exploited the sad incident at Obuasi where eight young people were brutally murdered by some security officers at the mines, and he deliberately accused Captain Smart as the one who incited the young men to invade the abandoned mines in Obuasi for their livelihood.

Unfortunately he had some people who subjected Captain Smart to barrages of insults and hate without knowing the clandestine motive of Ras Mubarak. His attack on Comrade Kwesi Pratt is another wicked plot of inciting the NDC members against President Mahama appointments.

Fortunately for Comrade Pratt and Maame Ama Pratt, most members of the NDC knew their invaluable contribution to the success of the NDC. Maame Ama Pratt did exceedingly well during the 2020 general elections even though she was not a member of the party, her interest was to have a woman Vice President.

She never relent on having Prof. Naana Jane Opoku Agyemang as the Vice President of Ghana, after the 2020 defeat of the NDC. She was mobilizing especially the women, until about four months to the 2024 general elections when her husband Mr Kwame Owusu Danso became the running mate to Mr Allan Kyerematen, that forced the lovingly and respectful wife to abandoned her campaign for the NDC. Therefore Ras Mubarak's accusations and attacks on the Pratt's very baseless.

People like Comrade Kwesi Pratt must be tolerated and encouraged because they keep governments on their toes, and Comrade Pratt has been consistent with his criticism of government ever since. Those insulting Comrade Kwesi Pratt and his daughter, what do they want to achieve. Is it because their television network was used to educate and informed the electorates about the bad governance of the New Patriotic Party.

Ras Mubarak must tame his temparement if he wants to be relevant in this game called politics. He must reflect on his diatribe against perceived detractors for example his attack on late Prof. Atta Mills, and later apologized when he was desirous of contesting the Ablekuma North primaries. He must learn to let go some of things that irritates him.
