
Engineer Richard Ben Debrah, the Head of Works Department at the Tema West Municipal Assembly has urged his fellow engineers not to relent in their efforts to uphold and maintain high construction standards and advance sustainable infrastructure as well as adoption of innovative solutions to address Ghana’s infrastructural needs.
He was speaking in an interview with the media over the weekend on the sidelines of the first edition of the "Personality of Great Impact and Excellence Awards 2025", organized by the Business Executive Media Group.
He stated: “Our role is pivotal in shaping the country’s infrastructure and accelerating long-term economic growth and national development."
Engr. Debrah, currently the National President of the Local Government Service Engineers Association was one of the "Prestigious Ghana 100 Titans Awards" winners on Saturday night at the Accra International Conference Centre.
He was honored in recognition of his commitment, hard work and professionalism over the years in his chosen career.
He thanked the Ghana Institution of Engineering and Technology Ghana, his family and development partners for unwavering support in their endeavors.
