The Constitution Review Committee has adjusted its stakeholder engagement schedule in response to the government's declaration of the Eid-Ul-Fitr holidays.
In a statement released on Sunday, March 23, Committee Secretary Rainer Akumperigya acknowledged the valuable contributions of individuals and institutions that have participated in previous discussions, particularly those focused on natural resources, local government, and decentralization.
According to the statement, these engagements have played a crucial role in shaping meaningful discussions on constitutional reforms.
The Committee reaffirmed its commitment to broad-based consultations and urged all stakeholders to take note of the revised schedule while continuing to participate in the review process.
