President John Dramani Mahama is set to visit the Upper East Region today, March 20, 2025, as part of his nationwide thank-you tour to express gratitude to Ghanaians for their confidence in his leadership.
During his visit, President Mahama will engage with traditional authorities, government officials, civil society organizations, political party leaders, and members of the public at the Jubilee Park. The tour aims to strengthen collaboration between the government and key stakeholders while acknowledging the support he received from the region.
This marks the fourth regional stop on the president’s thank-you tour, following similar visits to other parts of the country.
On Saturday, March 22, he will continue his tour in the Northern Region, where he is expected to meet with local leaders, Regional Coordinating Council staff, NGOs, civil society organizations, and political stakeholders. Like his previous engagements, the event will take place at the Jubilee Park and will provide a platform for discussions on governance and national development.
