Democratic-elected African presidents must justify their given power in public. They have four years in office as almost certain while tactics play a long game to work. They must show off their achievements in the election campaigns for all to hear and talk about.

African countries were taken as colonies but never fully set free. Legal bondage is replaced by economic and political influence from the old colonial masters and the new ones Russia and China. While the slogan "Pan-Africanism" is empty and the African Union a body dead in all its ceremonial spender it does not come as a surprise that the white man took and takes steps to block the progress of Africa as long as it goes against their interests. A truly wise and united Africa is more powerful than the USA, Europe, and China combined. The white man is scared of this scenario just like Empires in ancient times.

Tactical wisdom helps to break the barriers and bring victory. Pieces of wisdom are scattered all around history ready to be used for the future. The associations of African heroes like Thomas Sankara, Gamal Abdel Nasser, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, or the legacy of Nelson Mandela destroyed by the ANC and the money of the Indian Gupta family are warning signs to readjust the tactic for African victory. As much as political and economic progress can not be hidden the true agenda for a united Africa must work secretly in the background. This takes time and perseverance which democratic-elected African presidents hardly can have.

History has proven over and over again fundamental changes never happen without violence as no one wants to give up his position for the underdog. When money for armies is not available the armies of wisdom must be armed with the right tools for tactical success.
