President John Dramani Mahama has earned a strong 76% approval rating for his leadership since taking office, according to a new poll released by Global InfoAnalytics on Monday, February 17, 2025.
The survey revealed that while 14% of respondents disapprove of his performance, 10% remain undecided.
“The highest approval comes from his home region, Savannah, with 92%, while the lowest is in the Central Region, at 64%,” the report noted.
The findings mark a stark contrast to the waning popularity of the previous New Patriotic Party (NPP) administration. In November 2024, just before the general elections, only 35% of voters approved of then-President Nana Akufo-Addo’s performance, while 59% disapproved.
Conducted between January 27 and February 16, 2025, the poll reflects a significant shift in public sentiment within a short period.

I wish the President focuses on his mandates and ignore this politically-motivated Group to continue singing its self-praising songs. We know for sure how people act their ways out into the hearts of politicians for their own selfish interests. You just quote numbers with no statistics and information !!!: what were your sample sizes and distributions ? what indicators are informing these choices ? You better stop throwing dust into peoples' eyes and give us a break.
