Quick Note to Democratic Republic of Congo's President Tshisekedi

Dear President Tshisekedi,
I write humbly to you as a Pan-Afiricanist who wants an end to the suffering of marginalised demographics across the continent.

Nothing can justify the disloyalty of the Congolese citizens whose treachery has resulted in the ongoing pogrom, now being carried out in the eastern region of the Democratic Republic of Congo, by Rwanda's ruthless tribal supremacists amongst the Tutsi minority that dominates what is, in effect, an apartheid African state, in which the Tutsi minority holds all the levers of power.

Sir, you were elected to govern the Democratic Republic of Congo and swore a solemn oath to defend its citizens and ensure its territorial integrity. Your country now faces an existential threat.

In light of the ongoing crisis your regime now faces, one humbly urges you to approach Israel and ask it to send elite troops to help your soldiers repel the invasion by the M23 militia rebels.

Furthermore, your government must make it absolutely clear to Rwanda that, if need be, you will take the fight into its capital to permanently remove the irritant that the dictatorial cabal that rules that nation with an iron fist represents. This cabal seeks to establish a new Tutsi regime in Kinshasa to gain unfettered access to the natural resources of your country, effectively carrying out the governance equivalent of a reverse takeover.

Time is of the essence, Sir. Move fast and establish a strategic alliance – paid for with manufacturing opportunities for Israel's private sector investors to add value to your abundant natural resources locally to create jobs, grow your GDP, and transform the DR Congo into a prosperous and peaceful country for all its citizens.
