Junior doctors at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi have been expressing concern about what they say is a unilateral cancellation of their fuel allowances.

The doctors who also complain about promotions which have been frozen close to two years now want the problems to be resolved before the end of June.

Speaking on Luv FM in Kumasi, the leader of the local union of junior doctors, Frank Serebour said they may be compelled to embark on yet another strike action if their grievances were not resolved before a June 30 deadline.
