President John Dramani Mahama has arrived in Banjul, The Gambia, as part of a two-country visit to The Gambia and Senegal.
The purpose of his visit is to express gratitude to the Heads of State of these two West African nations for attending his presidential inauguration ceremony on January 7, 2025.
This trip also underscores President Mahama’s commitment to fostering strong relations with Ghana’s neighbors in the subregion.
President Mahama is expected to return to Ghana today, Friday, January 17, from Dakar, Senegal.
