Prophet Nigel Gaisie has publicly expressed deep emotional distress, attributing his pain caused by the actions of broadcaster Okatakyie Afrifa.
In a social media post on Wednesday, January 15, Prophet Gaisie detailed the challenges he has faced over the past eight and a half years, highlighting Afrifa’s role in his tribulations.
The prophet narrated an encounter where Afrifa allegedly made disparaging remarks about him without provocation.
He recalled Afrifa confronting him near Happy FM, exclaiming, “Heyyy, a pastor is that the nice car u r driving?? Give me the car.”
Prophet Gaisie noted that he responded with a smile and drove away, suggesting that this incident may have contributed to the animosity between them.
The prophet lamented the unwarranted attacks he endured, stating, “The way he lied about me, disrespected me and said negative things about me on his shows for no sin committed.”
He believes that his only issue was conveying a divine message that former President John Mahama would assume the presidency again.
The prophet emphasized the profound impact of these experiences, describing the pain as “unbearable” and attributing it to his commitment to speaking “the mind of God.”
This revelation comes shortly after Okatakyie Afrifa’s resignation from Angel Broadcasting Network (ABN).
On January 8, Afrifa announced his departure as the Morning Show host, citing “differences in interests” between himself and the company’s management.
