Influx of more moisture, instability expected - Meteorological Agency

The Ghana Meteorological Agency in a weather forecast issued in Accra valid from 0600 Hours on Thursday until 0600 Hours on Friday, said due to the influx of more moisture into the system, instability would still be expected over many parts of the country.

The weather would therefore be partly cloudy along the coast after an early morning mist patches has cleared off.

There is also a possibility of intermittent sunshine, development of thunderstorms with rain showers over most places later in the day.

The northern sector would be bright and sunny while the night would be cool over the entire country.

The temperature over Coastal Areas would be 32 degrees Celsius maximum and 25 degrees minimum while the weather would be misty, sunny with slight rain.

The Forest and Mountainous will record a temperature of 31 degrees Celsius maximum and 23 degrees minimum with a misty, foggy, thunderstorms and rainy weather.

Northern Ghana would have temperatures of 34 degrees Celsius maximum and 26 degrees Celsius and 26 degrees minimum while the weather would be cloudy, sunny with thunderstorms and rain.
