The National Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi has urged supporters of the party across the country to hold on with celebrations until official results are declared by the Electoral Commission.
In a post on social media, he admonished party supporters to rather stay vigilant to ensure there is no foul play in the counting and subsequent declaration of the final results.
“Dear NDC supporter, please don’t start jubilating until your constituency results is duly collated and declared by the EC. Remain extra-vigilant,” Sammy Gyamfi said in a post on Facebook.
Meanwhile, Sammy Gyamfi has alleged that the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) has fully activated its attempt to rig the 2024 general election.
Addressing a press conference this evening, he called on NDC supporters across the country to open their eyes at all collating centres to ensure all rigging attempts fall into the mud.
