Ebi Bright, the NDC parliamentary candidate for the Tema Central Constituency, has accused her opponent, Charles Forson of the NPP, of allegedly engaging in mobile money transfers to voters during the special voting exercise.

Speaking to the press, Ebi Bright emphasized the importance of maintaining the integrity of the electoral process. While commending the smooth conduct of the special voting, she expressed concern over what she described as attempts to sway voters through financial inducements.

She alleged that Forson, in collaboration with the NPP constituency chairman, was seen distributing money to some voters. "Given the current economic climate and what is at stake, standing at a polling station to distribute money is testament to the fact that there is no depth in you," she remarked.

Ebi Bright called on all candidates to uphold the principles of fairness and transparency as set out by the Electoral Commission of Ghana. She urged her opponents to focus on policies and ideas rather than practices that undermine the integrity of the democratic process.

Just advice voters to take the money and still vote against them , just like Assin North did , NDC should be highlighting Assin North and using their courage to make others know it is possible to take the money and still vote them out , simple no need crying over this
