Ashanti Gold Extends Duncan’s Contract on Monday.

Premier league side, Ashanti Gold is expected to extend the contract of Coach David Duncan on Monday after he guided the Miners to second spot in the just ended One Touch Premiership. Duncan had been embroiled in a contract dispute with the management since his contract expired in January. The tough-talking coach had been asking for improved remuneration before agreeing to a new deal but it is certain that the two parties have been able to resolve the stand-off amicably. The new contract being offered will see Coach Duncan continue at his post for another year as the Miners challenge for laurels on all fronts next season.
