Dear Ghanaians, Just Imagine Ghana Without Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia As Vice President - 2017 to Date

Ghana Without Dr. Bawumia Means;
1. Ghana without paperless port system at our ports. H. E. Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia brought the idea, worked for it's implementation and the era of unnecessary delay of clearing of goods at the ports is no more.

2. Ghana without gold for oil. When it became critical, there was Dr. Bawumia who proposed that Ghana uses it's gold for oil. The era of no dollars to purchase crude for importation for local consumption is history. This policy has stabilize the prices and availability of fuel in Ghana. The frustrating story of no fuel at the pumps during Mr. John Mahama's era is history.

3. Ghana without gold purchase program. This policy without doubt has reduce the pressure of the dollar on the Ghana Cedi. It has also given Ghana reasonable import cover even without Ghana accumulating dollars as our international reserves. Other countries have now realized the impact of that policy on the economy and they are now considering adopting the gold purchase program.

4. Ghana without medical drone delivery service. This service saves many lives across the country on daily basis. Thanks to Dr. Bawumia.

5. Ghana without registration and renewal of NHIS Card online. The era of spending weeks at the NHIA'S office to register or renew your card is over. Who could have imagined in 2016 that in 2024, a NHIS subscriber would comfortably renew his or her card at midnight to access health service.

6. Ghana without equiped ambulance service. Thanks to Dr. Bawumia, Ghana can now boast of 307 ambulances across the country. Dr. Bawumia is an impact maker.

7. Ghana without digital address system. Ghana is implementing policies that even some advanced countries do not even have yet. Thanks to Dr. Bawumia.

8. Ghana without complete Ghana card. One can use Ghana card for many services partly because of the digital address system captured in the Ghana Card. The innovative Dr. Bawumia has added value to the Ghana Card and now the Ghana card number is now your TIN number, SSNIT number, NHIS number, etc. Ghanaians long wish to have one card for multiple purposes has come to pass.

9. Ghana without Agenda 111 hospitals project. Some politicians said it was not possible for this project to be implemented but Dr. Bawumia said it was possible. All those hospitals will come onboard to strengthen our healthcare system.

10. Ghana without electric buses as public transport. Whatever Dr. Bawumia has set his mind to, his mindset of possibilities would make it possible. Electric buses for transportation are here to stay as Dr. Bawumia commissioned them yesterday (27/11/2024) for public use. It will reduce transport fares by 40%. Interestingly, the bus driver who drove Dr. Bawumia around yesterday with the electric bus was a former Kayayei lady who was trained under the Kayayei Empowerment Program (KAY). The Kayayei Empowerment Program, executed by National Entrepreneurship and Innovative Program (NEIP), is the idea of Dr. Bawumia aimed at empowering the Kayayei ladies with employable skills. Dr. Bawumia is just amazing. While others gave the Kayayei ladies headpans to continue to carry goods of others on the streets, Dr. Bawumia is empowering them with skills to earn sustainable income.

11. Ghana would not have sinohydro master facility that has given us Tamale interchange, Cape Coast Inner City Roads (22km), some roads in Ashanti Region, Western Region, Jasikan -Dodo Pepesu road, among others.

It is not surprising that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is described by Ghanaians as the most impactful Vice President in the history of the Fourth Republic. Dr. Bawumia has a lot to offer Ghanaians as a President of Ghana. Give him the mandate to lead Ghana in 2025 and Ghana will compete with the world super powers. As for the alternative, it is not only uninspiring but clueless, empty, scary and frustrated.
