In a bid to retain power and break Ghana's eight-year electoral cycle, the Germany Chapter of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has donated 2,000 T-shirts and 10,000 posters to the NPP parliamentary candidate for Cape Coast North, Mr Ekow Ewusi.
A delegation from the NPP Germany Chapter, led by its organizer, Dr. Nana Benyin Enninful, presented the items to Mr. Ewusi at his residence in Cape Coast on Friday, November 8, 2024.
During a brief media interaction, Dr. Enninful urged residents of Cape Coast North to support both Ekow Ewusi and Vice President Dr. Bawumia in the upcoming December 7 elections. He highlighted the NPP's notable achievements, such as the Free Senior High School program and Agenda 111, encouraging voters to remember these accomplishments.
NPP Cape Coast North Chairman, Mr. Kojo Arhin, expressed gratitude for the donation, commending the Germany Chapter for its support. Rallying residents, he emphasized the importance of voting for both the parliamentary candidate and the party’s presidential candidate, cautioning against "skirt and blouse" voting patterns.
Mr. Ewusi assured the delegation that the items would strengthen his campaign efforts, pledging to reclaim the Cape Coast North seat for the NPP.
