Johnson Asiedu Nketia, National Chairperson of the NDC, has asked the people of Amoakokrom in the Ahafo-Ano South East district, to take a deep look at the deplorable nature of their road network and decide on what to do on December 7.

He said the bad nature of roads linking communities in the area was a testament to the neglect of those communities by the NPP government, which they had been voting for over the years.

Addressing the people in the community as part of his three-day retail campaign tour of the Ashanti region, he said it was time the people voted against the NPP in the coming elections.

Mr Asiedu Nketia said the next NDC government would work to continue its rural infrastructure development agenda, which included road construction, to help open the area and improve the living conditions of the people.

He said Ashanti region had great potentials, which could be utilized to speed up the country's socio-economic development.

It was, therefore, important for the people to give the NDC a chance to lead the country to support the people to unearth all this potential to improve their living conditions.
