Dennis Miracle Aboagye, Communications Director for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s campaign, has voiced strong confidence in the New Patriotic Party's (NPP) electoral chances in the December 7 elections, predicting a decisive win for Dr. Bawumia.
Speaking on Adom FM’s ‘Dwaso Nsem’, Aboagye asserted that Ghanaians have a clear choice between Dr. Bawumia and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer, John Mahama.
He said, “The decision of Ghanaians in this election is simple. It is not that all expectations have been met, but they believe that between Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and former President Mahama, Bawumia is better.
“Because why would anyone go and join a queue to vote for Mahama and against Bawumia?”
Aboagye referenced the NPP’s achievements, including road projects, the Free SHS policy, and allowances for trainee nurses and teachers, which he argued proves the government’s commitment to addressing issues.
Pointing to issues faced during Mahama’s presidency, including the power crisis, Aboagye stated, “I won’t understand why anybody would vote for someone who couldn’t provide us with a constant power supply for a year.”
He continued, “They will definitely vote against Mahama. The NDC’s biggest challenge was bringing back the old Mahama as a candidate. There is nowhere he will win the election.
