Bawumia and Akufo-Addo have offered rubbish governance; will be thrown out in December – Kwakye Ofosu

Former Deputy Minister of Communication, Felix Kwakye Ofosu has expressed optimism in the projection that the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) will lose power at the end of the 2024 General Election.

According to him, the NPP government will be thrown out of the Presidency by Ghanaians in the upcoming December 7 polls because President Akufo-Addo and Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia have offered rubbish governance.

In a post on social media on Wednesday, September 18, Felix Kwakye Ofosu alleged that the government of President Akufo-Addo and Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has destroyed the Ghanaian economy and plunged the citizenry into hardships never witnessed before in the history of the country.

“Bawumia and Akufo-Addo have offered rubbish governance, destroyed our economy and plunged us into unprecedented hardships. They have been corrupt, nepotistic and squandered all the goodwill bestowed on them. They will definitely be thrown out at the polls in December,” Felix Kwakye Ofosu said in a post on X.

With just a few months to the December 7 polls, officials of both the ruling New Patriotic Party and the largest opposition NDC are confident of victory, especially in the Presidential contest.

Political analysts believe victory in the presidential election will not be straightforward, adding that the contest is too close to call for the two leading candidates.
