NPP represents 'proper development,' exactly what leadership is all about — Abease paramount chief

Obrempong Kru Takyie II, the Paramount Chief of Abease, has declared his support for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) ahead of the December elections.

He has praised the party’s commitment to development under the leadership of President Akufo-Addo and Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

In a statement, the Chief commended the NPP government for its contributions to the Pru West District in the Bono East Region, highlighting the infrastructure improvements and road construction that have transformed his community.

“Leadership is all about development, and the NPP represents development—proper development. We, the people of Abease, can attest to this.

“First, it was the NPP government that granted us a District, the Pru West District, along with all the necessary infrastructure to match our status. Again, it was the NPP that gave us an asphaltic road, 103 kilometers from Kintampo to Prang,” Obrempong Kru Takyie II stated.

He also lauded the efforts of the Member of Parliament for Pru West, Hon. Stephen Jalulah, for championing numerous development projects in the district.

The Chief noted that Hon. Jalulah’s dedication to the community had earned him the title of ‘Nkosuohene’ (Development Chief), a position bestowed upon him by the Abease Traditional Authority.

“The current NPP MP for Pru West, Hon. Stephen Jalulah, has also spearheaded many development projects in the District.

“That is why the Traditional Authority installed him as our ‘Nkosuohene.’ The NPP has our full support,” Obrempong Kru Takyie II affirmed.
