The Chairman of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Eric Nyamekye, has warned Christians about the dangers of neglecting prayer in a world rife with evil deeds.
Speaking on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, during a morning devotion at the church’s Head Office, Apostle Nyamekye emphasized the importance of maintaining a strong prayer life.
He highlighted that the world is filled with evil-minded forces, and Christians must not take their prayer life lightly.
Drawing from Psalm 109, Apostle Nyamekye illustrated how the devil often strikes when least expected, emphasizing that “prayerlessness is a dangerous game that no Christian should play.”
Apostle Nyamekye explained that prayer serves as a powerful tool to neutralize the threats posed by the devil and his agents.
He urged believers to remain vigilant in their spiritual lives, using prayer to dispel darkness and counter the works of evil.
“Let your light shine in evil places,” he advised.
