Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama has assured that his next government will prioritise gender equality.
According to him, there will be a relentless fight against injustice and corruption if he is voted president at the end of the 2024 general election.
“With Naana Jane and I in the Flagstaff House from January 07, 2025, you’re assured of decent and well-paying jobs through the 24-hour economy initiative. You’re also assured of gender equality, an improved free SHS programme, and a relentless fight against injustice and corruption,” John Dramani Mahama said in a post on Facebook.
In the post welcoming Ghanaians to a new month August, John Dramani Mahama urged Ghanaians who are 18 years and above to register with the Electoral Commission to have the chance to vote on December 7.
He said it is the only way to have the power to change the non-performing and corrupt New Patriotic Party (NPP) government.
“Remember, your vote is not just a right; it’s power—the power to change this non-performing and unrepentantly corrupt NPP government—the power to change and bring in the Mahama government, which is not just promising change but poised to build Ghana we all want together,” John Dramani Mahama said.
