We’ll vote massively for you to become the President — Nadowli-Kaleo to Bawumia

NPP flagbearer Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has received an endorsement from five paramount chiefs in the Upper West Region who pledged their support and promised to deliver a landslide victory in their constituency.

Dr. Bawumia visited Nadowli-Kaleo as part of his nationwide campaign tour, holding an engagement meeting with the chiefs and opinion leaders at Kaleo on Wednesday, July 24.

In a speech read on their behalf, the paramount chiefs of Nadowli, Takpo, Charipkong, Kaleo and Sankana threw their weight behind the New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer.

They expressed optimism in the abilities of the Vice President to lead the country effectively if voted for in the upcoming general elections.

"Mr Vice President, we pledge the support of the Chiefs and good people of Nadowli Kaleo Constituency to vote massively for you to become the President of the Republic of Ghana. We believe in your leadership and vision for our nation," the chiefs declared as quoted by 3news.com.

"Thank you for your attention to our concerns. We wish you a successful campaign and look forward to your presidency," the chiefs added.
