Quizzing Ghanaians on the possibility of the devil dividing, and successfully fighting, against itself

Fellow Ghanaians, my warmest greetings to you wherever you are on this sunny Sunday of 21 July 2024. Whether you are going to church, at church, at home or with friends and family outside your home, just feel free to share your views on this writeup.

My question to you, o ye fellow Ghanaians, is, can the devil successfully fight against itself? Can it divide itself into two to fight against its own self, if I may naively ask?

This reminds me of the joke we used to share when growing up as pupils in the elementary school. We used to say, I can’t “divisible” myself into two.

The bible even states it clearly in Mark 3:24 and Matthew 12:25 that, “Every kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and every city or household divided against itself will not stand”.

This means, it is impossible to divide, and fight, against yourself, in everything that you do, and still hope to succeed. Such attempt may be feasible but impossible to succeed.

Are you with me up to this point?
If the fact credibly stands that it is not likely to divide and fight against yourself and hope to succeed in whatever you do, then, let me use this analogy to prove to you how deceitful and a liar Mr John Dramani Mahama, the NDC presidential candidate, is.

Was he not the one that assured the illegal small scale and alluvial miners (galamsayers) his absolute support if he won election 2020? Did he not dispatch his NDC campaigners to all the mining areas in Ghana to convey his promise to resource them to expand their activities if they voted for him to become the president of Ghana?

This same man with snake-like split tongue is today telling Ghanaians that he will use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to fight illegal mining (galamsey) in the country. How is that possible?

Is he not divided against his own agenda?
Many a Ghanaian has come to realise how dangerously the illegal and alluvial mining is devastating the entire water bodies in the country, contaminating them by way of their excessive use of cyanide and mercury criminally discharged into the rivers.

The lands and water bodies are being destroyed by the overly uncontrolled application of cyanide and mercury by the galamsayers, making Ghana come to sit on a ticking time bomb of destruction of their sources of water and edible contamination-free homegrown food.

Mr John Dramani Mahama who does not really understand what AI is, should not be taken seriously when he uses words and jargons like that to fool Ghanaians.

Has he gone back to lick his own sputum and if yes, how does he explain it to the Ghanaian electorates?

Now that many a Ghanaian has come to realise the danger the illegal small scale and alluvial mining is causing to the water bodies, fertile and arable lands, virgin forests etc., Mr Mahama wants to save his face by hiding behind the AI curtain.

Does he think he is smarter than any Ghanaian at all?

As a Kingdom divided against itself cannot stand, so equally should John Mahama not to be taken seriously about his readiness to fight galamsey. He is for galamsey through and through, populist politician as he is!

Shame on NDC for all their demeaning attempts resorted to in the hope of fooling Ghanaians to vote for them because they believe we are a bunch of shallow-minded beings with a short memory.
